Marwah Corporation is a home textiles company managing bedding brands including Tribeca Living and Azores Home. We sell through wholesale, drop-ship, and major e-commerce marketplaces in the United States.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Seller Central Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our Amazon Seller Central account.

Position Overview

The Amazon Seller Central Virtual Assistant will assist with catalog management, listing updates, inventory coordination, support cases, account health, reporting, and other marketplace-related activities.

The ideal candidate should have practical Seller Central experience, strong written English, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings in Amazon Seller Central
• Create and update titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and product attributes
• Create and correct parent-child variations
• Upload and troubleshoot Amazon flat files
• Investigate suppressed, inactive, stranded, or incorrectly categorized listings
• Open, manage, and follow up on cases with Amazon Seller Support
• Monitor account health, policy notifications, and listing compliance
• Assist with FBA shipment creation and inventory coordination
• Monitor available, reserved, inbound, and stranded inventory
• Review orders, returns, refunds, and customer-related account issues
• Coordinate listing images, A+ Content, and other creative updates with the internal team
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on pending issues, inventory, listings, cases, and completed tasks
• Maintain organized records of open cases, deadlines, and follow-up items
• Conduct competitor, keyword, and listing research when required
• Escalate urgent issues and provide clear recommendations to management
• Support additional Amazon marketplace projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of practical Amazon Seller Central experience
• Experience managing listings, variations, flat files, FBA inventory, and Seller Support cases
• Strong written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Ability to investigate problems and propose solutions
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and backup internet access
• Ability to work independently while providing regular updates
• Must be based in Pakistan

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Brand Registry
• Experience resolving catalog conflicts and contribution issues
• Familiarity with A+ Content and listing image requirements
• Experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, or similar Amazon tools
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC is helpful but is not the primary responsibility of this position
• Experience with bedding, home textiles, or consumer products is a plus

Working Hours

The selected candidate must be available during agreed working hours in Pakistan and should be able to coordinate with management and business partners operating in the United States.

Occasional availability outside normal working hours may be required for urgent issues.
