Job Title: Gen AI Tester
Location: Remote (Candidate must be located on the East Coast, preferably NJ)
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Tester to join our team for a long-term remote opportunity. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing Generative AI applications, validating AI model responses, and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI-powered solutions.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) Testing
Strong knowledge of manual and/or automation testing
Experience validating LLM (Large Language Model) responses and AI-generated outputs
Knowledge of prompt testing, response validation, hallucination detection, and bias testing
Experience creating test plans, test cases, and defect reports
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms
Exposure to AI evaluation frameworks and prompt engineering
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress is a plus
Job Functions
Perform functional and non-functional testing of Gen AI applications
Validate AI model accuracy, consistency, and performance
Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with development teams
