Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, workflow, and system validation.
• Develop AI-assisted automation solutions using LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Create engineering productivity agents, copilots, and RAG-based knowledge assistants.
• Automate engineering and validation processes.
• Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for AI-agent quality, reliability, and hallucination mitigation.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and validation teams.

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming experience.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or modern automation frameworks.
• Experience building APIs and automation workflows.
• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or similar GenAI frameworks.
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or other LLM ecosystems.
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD systems, and cloud environments.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with Agentic AI systems.
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation.
• MCP/Tool-calling integrations.
• AI evaluation and observability tools.
• Experience with vector databases.
• Exposure to developer productivity tools.
• Experience working with product engineering or semiconductor organizations.
