Total Required Experience in Years: 8+ Years Mode of Work: Remote (Texas Residents Only | Austin Preferred) Job Description The Senior Tableau Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise Tableau dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that enhance operational visibility and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud, SQL, and business intelligence reporting, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing visualizations and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Tableau dashboards, reports, and visual analytics.
• Create interactive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and operational reporting solutions.
• Develop efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Design and maintain Tableau data models and data sources.
• Integrate and validate data from multiple enterprise systems and data warehouses.
• Optimize Tableau dashboard performance and improve report efficiency.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy.
• Troubleshoot dashboard, reporting, and data integration issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and reporting standards.
• Provide knowledge transfer and end-user support.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, developers, and technical teams.
• Support ongoing business intelligence enhancements and reporting initiatives.
