Big City Cars and The Auto Brokers are hiring a motivated and organized Marketing and Inventory Manager to support multiple dealership locations.

This position is responsible for photographing vehicles, maintaining accurate online inventory, creating social media content, and helping promote dealership offers, events, and available vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Photograph and upload newly acquired vehicles
• Review online listings for accuracy and completeness
• Update vehicle photos, mileage, descriptions, and availability
• Create and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and dealership websites
• Produce vehicle spotlight posts, promotional graphics, customer photos, and short-form videos
• Coordinate with managers and sales teams regarding inventory and current promotions
• Maintain consistent branding and merchandising across locations
• Assist with website specials, banners, and dealership events
• Maintain accurate listings of our inventory across dealerships.

Qualifications

• Marketing, social media, photography, inventory, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable taking photos and videos with a smartphone or camera
• Familiarity with Canva, Facebook, Instagram, and basic editing tools
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel between dealership locations as needed

This is a full-time, in-person position with a growing automotive organization. Compensation will be based on experience.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
