Legal Executive Assistant

Supporting a well-established and high-performing Insurance team, this role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly managing complex diaries, coordinating senior-level meetings, and ensuring seamless communication with key internal and external stakeholders
• Providing high-level, proactive administrative and organisational support to senior leadership, including Legal Counsel
• Coordinating and delivering well-prepared executive meetings, handling logistics, venues, and producing polished agendas and presentations
• Supporting executive reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
• Organising international and domestic travel, creating detailed, well-structured itineraries and managing all logistics
• Delivering a consistently high standard of professional secretarial support, including the careful handling of sensitive and confidential information
• Responding to ad hoc requests from the Executive Team with efficiency, flexibility, and a solutions-focused approach

You will also demonstrate exceptional organisational ability, meticulous attention to detail, and the confidence to thrive in a demanding, deadline-driven setting, consistently delivering work to an outstanding standard.
