Executive Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and project support to our CEO. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, analytically minded, and thrives on bringing order to a fast-paced environment — someone who’s as comfortable building a spreadsheet as they are managing a calendar.

Duties

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and email correspondence, prioritizing time-sensitive requests
• Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, coordinating action items, and following up across teams to ensure tasks stay on schedule
• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking sales, expenses, schedules, and other business data
• Use Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts to analyze trends and turn raw data into clear, actionable summaries
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, vendor records, and business documents
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the store and support the owner as needed

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred, not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid working knowledge of Excel (formulas, data entry, pivot tables, basic reporting/analytics); comfort learning new tools a plus
• Highly organized, with experience in filing, data tracking, or project coordination
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment; enjoys a challenge
