We’re Hiring: WordPress Developer

Naaz Xentrix is looking for a skilled and reliable WordPress Developer to join our growing team.

We need someone who can create modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites while maintaining strong standards for performance, functionality, and clean implementation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, following project requirements, and collaborating with the team throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive WordPress websites using Elementor or similar page builders
• Convert approved designs into functional and accurate web pages
• Build business websites, landing pages, and eCommerce stores
• Customize WordPress themes, plugins, forms, and website functionality
• Configure WooCommerce products, checkout flows, and payment integrations
• Ensure websites work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Improve website speed, performance, security, and basic on-page SEO
• Troubleshoot layout, plugin, responsiveness, and functionality issues
• Maintain and update existing client websites
• Complete assigned projects within agreed deadlines
• Communicate project progress clearly with the team

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
• Experience with responsive website development
• Good understanding of HTML and CSS
• Experience with WooCommerce
• Ability to customize themes and plugins
• Knowledge of contact forms and third-party integrations
• Understanding of website speed optimization
• Basic knowledge of technical and on-page SEO
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and time management skills

Preferred Skills

• Basic JavaScript or PHP knowledge
• Experience with custom post types and dynamic content
• Familiarity with hosting panels, domains, SSL, backups, and website migration
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience working with international clients or digital agencies

Workplace Model

This position is currently remote , with the possibility of transitioning to an on-site role in Karachi as the company grows.
