Spinaux is an AI startup building  Mizzi , an AI-powered customer support and lead engagement platform that helps businesses automate conversations, capture leads, and improve customer experience across industries such as beauty, retail, home décor, and healthcare.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated  Social Media Manager Intern  to help grow the Spinaux and Mizzi brands. You will work closely with our leadership and marketing team to develop content, build marketing strategies, and increase brand awareness across social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop marketing strategies with the marketing team.
• Create educational and engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Write compelling social media copy, captions, and articles.
• Design creative graphics, carousels, and visual content using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and define effective marketing strategies.
• Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, and workflow efficiency.
• Utilize social media scheduling and publishing tools to plan and manage content.
• Create real case studies showcasing how Mizzi helps businesses improve customer engagement and increase sales.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to promote new features, customer success stories, and product demos.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with social media marketing (LinkedIn and Instagram preferred).
• Understanding of B2B marketing.
• AI knowledge is required  (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools).
• Experience creating graphics using Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in AI, SaaS, and startup environments.

Internship Details

This is an  unpaid internship for the first three months . Based on your performance, creativity, and initiative, you may be offered a  paid position  to continue growing with the Spinaux team.
