Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding of various AI/ML models for incident prediction, RCA, anomaly
detection
• Implement Agentic AI workflows for ops automation
• Integrate AI models with ServiceNow and observability tools
• Support knowledge management and recommendation engines
Required Skills:
• Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Strong understanding of NLP, anomaly detection
• Experience with operational data (logs/events/metrics)
• Exposure to AIOps / autonomous operations preferred
