Roles and Responsibilities :

AI Solution Architecture & Design
 Design end-to-end AI and automation solutions encompassing architecture, integrations, security, and scalability
 Define technical patterns for copilots, RAG pipelines, APIs, and AI workflows  Review and approve solution designs produced by junior consultants
Hands-On AI Engineering
 Lead development efforts using Python, APIs, and AI services
 Build and optimize AI copilots, agents, and automation workflows
 Guide prompt engineering strategies, evaluation frameworks, and accuracy improvements
Microsoft & Copilot Ecosystem Leadership
 Architect solutions leveraging Azure and Azure OpenAI services
 Design and extend solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
 Ensure best practices for integration, security, and long-term maintainability
Governance, Quality & Compliance
 Own technical input into AI governance, risk assessment, and compliance reviews
 Ensure alignment with enterprise AI, data privacy, and security standards
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
 Act as technical lead for AI initiatives across the team
 Mentor L1/L2 consultants through structured design and code reviews
Stakeholder Communication (Critical)
 Lead technical discussions with senior India, US and global stakeholders
 Translate complex technical topics into clear, executive-ready language

Job Requirements :

 6–10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or automation roles
 Strong hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and backend services  Demonstrated experience in solution architecture for enterprise-scale systems
 Deep understanding of GenAI concepts including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic architectures
 Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (required)
 Highly curious mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving
 Ability to lead technically without formal people management authority”
