We’re looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our 24x7 infrastructure support team in Providence, RI. If you have a strong background in enterprise networking, data centers, cloud networking, and security, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for Data Center, Campus, and Satellite Networks

Support Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, AWS Cloud Networking, VPN, Wired & Wireless, and Firewall technologies

Monitor, maintain, and enhance network and security infrastructure following industry best practices

Deliver hands-on support for data center and campus networking environments

Design, engineer, and implement enterprise network solutions

Participate in an on-call support rotation

Work within ITSM processes to ensure efficient incident and change management
Experience Required: 12+ years
