About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a highly experienced engineering team where you’ll contribute to building production-grade AI solutions used by global organisations.

You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, taking ownership of features from concept through deployment. You’ll help develop AI-powered applications that combine modern LLM capabilities with robust backend systems and intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise AI agents using modern large language model technologies.
• Build and improve agent workflows, tool integrations, and structured AI outputs.
• Deliver end-to-end product features spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, and database architecture.
• Develop backend applications using Go and/or TypeScript while working with technologies such as PostgreSQL and Neo4j.
• Collaborate directly with customers to integrate their data, support proof-of-concept deployments, and gather product feedback.
• Translate customer insights into new features and continuous product improvements.
• Work closely with a senior engineering team to deliver reliable AI solutions into production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ to 10+ years of AI Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience developing applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks, orchestration, prompt engineering, tool calling, and structured outputs.
• Experience building full-stack applications, including frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency with Go and/or TypeScript.
• Experience working with relational and graph databases such as PostgreSQL and Neo4j.
• Comfortable working directly with customers in technical discussions, demonstrations, and implementation activities.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms, with LLMs forming part of your daily development workflow.
