Product Designer (UI/UX)

The Opportunity

Creataly is building the operating system for the creator economy, a single platform where talent agencies, managers, brands, and creators run their entire business: rosters, deals, campaigns, scheduling, payments, and insights, powered by an embedded AI.

We’re pre-seed, and assembling the founding team that will shape what this product looks and feels like from the very first screen. We’re looking for a Product Designer who wants to define the visual and interaction language of a category-defining platform, not polish someone else’s.

What You’ll Own

• Product design end-to-end  — Own UI/UX across our six core modules (Roster, Deals, Campaigns, Scheduler, Pay, Insights) and our embedded AI assistant, Ally.
• Design system  — Build a scalable, distinctive design system from scratch that can grow with the product, rather than adopting a generic SaaS template look.
• User research & iteration  — Work directly with design-partner agencies and creator managers to test flows, gather feedback, and iterate fast.
• AI-native interaction design  — Help define how users interact with an embedded AI assistant across complex workflows — deal-making, scheduling, payments — where clarity and trust matter as much as aesthetics.
• Brand-to-product cohesion  — Partner closely with marketing to make sure the product experience and the brand feel like one thing.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience designing B2B SaaS or fintech products, ideally at an early-stage startup
• A strong portfolio showing both UI craft and UX thinking — not just visuals, but decisions and reasoning
• Comfort working solo or near-solo on design, without a large design org around you
• Fluency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma or equivalent)
• Genuine interest in the creator economy and/or fintech, and excitement about being a founding team member, not just an early hire

Compensation

This is a founding-team role structured as  equity + salary, with salary activating once our current raise closes . We’re transparent that this is a high-risk, high-upside opportunity — you’re joining pre-funding, at the ground floor, with meaningful equity to match the commitment.
