JAVA Backend developer

Location- Bangalore, Chennai & Gurgaon

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 7–11 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and SQL databases, along with a solid understanding of software engineering best practices, system design, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend services using Java and SpringBoot.

Build and maintain scalable Microservices-based applications.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.

Design and optimize relational database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and transactions.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, QA, and Frontend developers.

Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required.
