Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Snowflake Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake and DBT to design, build, and deliver enterprise-scale data platforms. The ideal candidate will lead client-facing engagements, drive technical design, mentor engineering teams, and ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality data solutions.

- Snowflake (RBAC, Data Masking, Row-Level Security, Secure Data Sharing)
- DBT

- SnapLogic / API Integrations
- Data Modeling & Schema Design
- Data Quality & Governance
- Shell Scripting / React (Nice to Have)
- Snowflake Cortex Search (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Snowflake data warehouse solutions across DEV, SIT, and PROD environments.
- Develop and maintain DBT models, testing, and documentation.
- Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines using Airflow and API integrations.
- Implement data governance, security, RBAC, masking, and quality frameworks.
- Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor data engineers, conduct code reviews, manage delivery risks, and ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and handover plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
