Job Description

Office Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Coimbatore/Jaipur/Gurgaon

Exp Range: 8 yrs to 15 yrs

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand opportunities and challenges.
  • Translate business requirements and concepts into actionable solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.
  • Design scalable solutions leveraging Automation Anywhere, Applied AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation technologies.
  • Define architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.
  • Create solution design documents, architecture diagrams, technical blueprints, and executive presentations.
  • Evaluate technologies, assess trade-offs, and provide architecture recommendations.
  • Guide engineering teams through architecture reviews and technical decision-making.
  • Drive alignment across business, product, engineering, and platform teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Software Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with RPA-UI path/Automation Anywhere and enterprise automation solutions.
  • Experience designing Applied AI / Generative AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise systems.
  • Proven ability to convert ambiguous business requirements into structured execution plans.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Databricks or AWS.
  • Experience with Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and Intelligent Document Processing.

Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance practices
