You will develop production-grade LLM agents to automate internal operations and embed with major financial institutions to deploy mission-critical safety layers. What You Will Do

• Build and deploy production-ready LLM agents and RAG pipelines that automate complex operational and go-to-market workflows.
• Embed with enterprise customers to integrate the compliance engine into their stacks and own the end-to-end deployment.
• Debug and optimize real-time AI behavior, bridging the gap between field learnings and core product engineering.

The ideal candidate

• 5+ years of experience shipping production software with fluency in Python, TypeScript, and cloud-native data architectures.
• Proven track record of building and scaling LLM-based automation or agents that have survived real-world production environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate technical deployments and build trust with executive stakeholders.
