Job Title: Tech Lead (.NET/Java)
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred)

Experience Required: 6-8
Role Descriptions 7+ years of experience in the IT industry in the Banking domain.
Expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and coding technical solutions using Programming, Database technologies, Cloud Technologies, and UI/Web technology stacks to satisfy complex business problem statements.
Key responsibilities include assessing and providing solutions to complex business requirements across the line of business, creating application designs, cost estimation, development plan, and team management
Strong Experience in the IT Industry, specializing in Software Development for Banking and Financial Services
Services Domain Involved in design/coding and review.
Experience in Windows desktop application development.
Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.
Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert.
Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth / Expert.
Must have strong technical skills in the following areas,
