Job Description:

We are hiring for the Technical Support Voice Process at [24]7.ai. The role involves handling customer calls, providing technical assistance, resolving customer issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle voice calls effectively.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (24x7).

Job Details:

• Rotational US shifts, including night shifts.
• 5 working days with 2 rotational week-offs.
• Work from office.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Relevant voice process experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3)

Experience:

• 0–3 years.

Age:

• 18–35 years.

Salary:

• 19,000 to 27,000 (take-home after deductions)
• DOJ: 16th July 2026
