- AWS Data Engineering (Amazon S3, Athena, Lake Formation)
- Apache Iceberg & Lakehouse / Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
- ETL/ELT Pipeline Development
- SQL & Data Modeling
- Terraform / OpenTofu (Infrastructure as Code)
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Python (Preferred), Java, Go, or TypeScript
- AWS Glue, Apache Spark, Redshift (Preferred)
- Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Git, Linux
- Cloud Security, Data Governance & Monitoring
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize scalable AWS data pipelines and lakehouse solutions.
- Design Medallion Architecture and data models.
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform/OpenTofu and CI/CD.
- Implement secure data governance with AWS Lake Formation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and troubleshoot production issues.
Preferred Certifications
- AWS Certified Data Engineer Associate
- AWS Solutions Architect
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate
Preferred candidate profile
4-5 Years of Experience AWS Data Engineer with hands-on experience in Lakehouse Architecture, Apache Iceberg, Terraform, CI/CD, and cloud-native data platforms
