🚨 We Are Hiring: Development Lead (Angular + Python | AWS | Financial Services)

We are looking for an experienced Development Lead to join a high impact programme involving a Part VII Legal Entity Change within a regulated financial environment.

📍 Location: London

🏢 Hybrid: 3 days onsite (London Bridge / Cannon Street)

📅 Start Date: Immediate

📄 Contract: 6 months will be offered FTE conversion after 3-6months,

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead full stack technical assessment across multiple applications and entities
• Drive design and architecture decisions aligned with enterprise standards
• Identify legacy risks, technical debt, and security vulnerabilities
• Provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and delivery plans
• Support governance, audit, and regulatory assurance activities

🧑‍💻 Required Skills

• Strong experience in Angular (primary frontend technology)
• Backend development with Python
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Hands on experience with AWS
• Strong understanding of full stack development (UI, API, integrations)
• Experience in regulated environments (banking / insurance preferred)
