App Development Engineer (AI Platform)

Role Summary

We are looking for an Application Development Engineer/Developer with 4–6 years of experience in building enterprise-grade AI and cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Foundry (Agent Platform) and expertise in developing scalable, secure, and API-driven AI solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• Azure API Management (APIM) / API Gateway
• Azure AI Search (Semantic & Vector Search)
• Azure Cosmos DB

• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Storage Services (Blob, Queue, Table)
• REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud-native application development

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI services.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using APIM/API Gateway.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
• Implement scalable data solutions using Cosmos DB, Redis, and Azure Storage.
• Ensure secure application development using Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth 2.0, and RBAC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and CI/CD-based deployments.

• Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep)
• Prompt Engineering, AI Agent Orchestration, MCP, and advanced RAG architectures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Azure application development with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
