The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting founders or C-suite executives, ideally within a family office, estate, or similarly high-touch private environment.

We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, resourceful, and able to operate with humility, professionalism, and the highest level of confidentiality.
Candidates must demonstrate longevity and consistency in prior Executive Assistant roles supporting senior executives or founders in complex environments. Previous experience coordinating extensive domestic and international travel, including private aviation and highly customized itineraries, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner, managing complex calendars, shifting priorities, and day-to-day executive operations.
- Coordinate seamlessly across executive, residential, business, hospitality, security, technology, and external teams to ensure priorities are executed efficiently.
- Anticipate executive needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure a seamless day-to-day experience.
- Manage extensive domestic and international travel, including private aviation, detailed itineraries, accommodations, ground transportation, and travel documentation.
- Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, meeting materials, and briefing documents with exceptional attention to detail.
- Track projects, manage follow-up items, and ensure deadlines and commitments are met across multiple stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of coordination between executives, advisors, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining absolute discretion.
- Maintain highly organized systems, sensitive records, and confidential information.
- Help foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture by working effectively across a broad network of professionals and support staff.
- Exercise exceptional judgment, adaptability, and professionalism in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting founders, principals, CEOs, or senior executives.
- Previous experience within a family office, estate, private office, or other high-touch executive environment is strongly preferred.
- Prior leadership experience managing or mentoring a small team of administrative professionals.
- Demonstrated career stability and longevity in previous Executive Assistant positions.
- Extensive experience managing complex executive calendars and global travel, including private aviation.
- Exceptional judgment, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Service-oriented with a hospitality mindset and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
- Proactive, resourceful, highly detail-oriented, and naturally anticipatory.
