Job Requirements-
Seeking a highly skilled Cisco Collaboration Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Cisco Call Manager, Unity, and Voice Gateways, Expressways, and 4 years of hands-on expertise in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE). The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level voice and contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
- Design, implement, and manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Voice Gateways.
- Oversee enterprise IP Telephony deployments across multiple regions, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Perform upgrades, patching, and vulnerability mitigation for Cisco IPT systems.
- Troubleshoot complex VoIP issues, including SIP, H.323, and MGCP signaling.
- Implement and support Cisco UCCE solutions, including routing scripts, call flows, and agent desktop configurations.
- Configure and maintain Cisco UCCE components including ICM, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, and VXML applications.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and vulnerability mitigation (e.g., CVEs).
- Troubleshoot complex voice and contact center issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Configure and maintain Five9 components including Campaigns, IVR, Agents
