We are looking for a Lead Developer / Technical Lead with design experience or a willingness to contribute to solution design .

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Lead Developer, owning and contributing to solution and technical design, and supporting the team in delivering planned releases.
• Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to coordinate delivery, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior developers, provide technical direction, and drive consistent engineering standards and best practices.
• Support end‑to‑end delivery, including development, testing, production deployments, monitoring, and post‑release support.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot, with a particular focus on:

• Spring Security
• OAuth 2.0

• OpenID Connect

• Experience working with OCP (OpenShift Container Platform), and Linux‑based environments
• Hands‑on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and multi‑factor authentication
• Experience with IAM products such as Ping Access, Ping Federate, and Tyk Gateway
• Experience with performance testing and addressing non‑functional requirements
• Proven experience with production deployments, monitoring, and operational support
• Ability to support external teams, diagnose issues, and act as a senior technical point of contact
