Job Description
MCI Insurance Brokers is a Licensed General Insurance Broker and a member of the Steadfast Group. We are a family owned business with team members in Melbourne and Sydney.
We are looking for an assistant to our Manager (in Sydney) to join our team.
An exciting, flexible opportunity to work from home.
Duties include:

providing support to our Manager and Insurance Broking team
-
manage emails and action in terms of priority
-
processing Renewals / Claims / Quotes and customer enquiries
-
liaising with Clients, Insurers, Property Managers, Assessors, Repairers
-
chasing outstanding debtors
-
general administration as required
Must be hard working, self motivated, pay high attention to detail, meet deadlines, have excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
Previous experience in the Insurance Industry is essential. Strong computer skills with experience using INSIGHT, SVU/SCTP, JAVLN OfficeTech, Ebix / Sunrise Exchange preferred.
Part time / casual hours considered.
Hourly rate: $35 min per hour
