THE ROLES, PICK YOUR LANE

• Founding BDR: hunt net new crews by phone, text, and DM

• Founding SDR: work every inbound lead fast and get crews activated

• Founding AE: run calls and close, including multi truck shops

HOW IT WORKS

First weeks, you book 15 minute calls onto the founder’s calendar and watch him close them live. You keep full commission on every crew you sourced. Small crews you can sign up on the spot in two minutes. Fill a calendar consistently and you graduate to closing your own deals with the proven script.

WHAT YOU EARN

25% of every deal you source, every month that crew stays. Recurring. Uncapped. Not a one time payout. Every crew stacks on the last, so you are building your own book of monthly income from day one. Paid monthly. Top performers earn a paid full time seat on the founding team.

REQUIREMENTS

• About 1 year of sales, retail, or customer facing experience preferred, not required if you bring hustle

• US based, authorized to work in the US, 18 or older

• Confident on the phone, comfortable with cold outreach

• Own phone and laptop, at least 10 hours a week

• Coachable
