We are looking for a senior UI/UX Product Designer to become the founding designer for VendorReach AI.

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to help businesses discover procurement, contracting, and commercial business opportunities.

Role Overview

As one of our earliest team members, you will work directly with the Founder & CEO and Chief Technology Officer to transform business requirements, customer research, and product strategy into a world-class user experience.

You will own the complete product design lifecycle from discovery and UX research through interactive prototypes and developer handoff. Your work will serve as the blueprint for our engineering team as we build the first version of VendorReach AI.

This is an opportunity to design a product from day one and leave a lasting impact on the future of the company.

Scope:

Design the complete MVP including:

* User research

* User journeys

* Wireframes

* Design system

* Dashboard

* Search experience

* Opportunity pages

* Profile management

* AI recommendation screens

* Interactive prototype

* Developer handoff

Qualifications:

* Minimum of six (6) months of UI/UX or Product Design experience in an internship, corporate, startup, agency, freelance, or contract capacity.

* Experience designing web applications, SaaS products, dashboards, marketplaces, or enterprise software.

* expert Proficiency with Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.

* Ability to create user flows, information architecture, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

* Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.

* Experience collaborating with developers and preparing developer-ready design specifications.

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

* Portfolio required demonstrating relevant UI/UX projects and design process.

* Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Lovable, v0, Replit, or Bolt.new to accelerate product design and collaborate with software engineers.

* Ability to write clear, structured AI prompts that generate UI components, user flows, design specifications, and front-end code suggestions.

* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, React component structure, Tailwind CSS, and modern front-end frameworks sufficient to communicate effectively with developers and review AI-generated code.

* Ability to partner with the CTO to validate AI-generated code, identify UI implementation issues, and ensure designs are accurately translated into production.

* Experience preparing developer-ready specifications that reduce engineering rework and speed up MVP development.

* Strong interest in AI-assisted product development and emerging design-to-code workflows.
