Enterprise Systems & DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

This is a high-ownership, end-to-end infrastructure and automation role. You will be the single point of responsibility for:

• Building and maintaining a cloud-first, automated enterprise technology stack

• Managing Google Workspace, ChromeOS, AWS, HubSpot CRM, and all internal systems

• Designing and implementing automation, APIs, integrations, and internal tools

• Developing custom reporting dashboards, certificate automation, document generation workflows

Core Responsibilities

Enterprise IT & Google Workspace

Google Workspace administration • ChromeOS Enterprise deployment & MDM • User provisioning/deprovisioning • Organizational Units (OUs) • Shared Drives • Gmail, Meet, Calendar, Groups • Identity & Access Management (IAM) • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) • MFA & SSO • IT asset management • Employee onboarding/offboarding • L1/L2 technical support

HubSpot CRM & Business Automation

Complete HubSpot administration & customization • Sales pipelines & lead routing • Marketing automation & Service Hub • Custom properties & objects • Workflow automation (centre-wise, sales, HR) • Dashboards, reports, KPI tracking • HubSpot API integrations

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

AWS administration (S3, EC2, IAM, Route53, CloudFront, SES, CloudWatch) • Cost optimization & backup management • Linux server management • Git/GitHub & CI/CD pipelines • Docker (preferred) • Build internal portals, dashboards, admin panels

Web & Digital Platforms

WordPress administration & development • Hosting, domain & DNS management • SSL/TLS certificates • Website security & performance • Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager • Website monitoring & deployment

APIs, Integrations & Automation

REST API design & integration • OAuth & webhooks • Third-party SaaS integrations • Payment gateway integrations • WhatsApp Business API • HubSpot/Google/AWS APIs • Workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier)

Document & Certificate Automation

Dynamic PDF templates (reports, certificates, offers, contracts) • QR code generation • Digital signatures • Automated email delivery of documents • Multi-format document generation (diagnostic reports, training certificates, invoices, NDAs)

Reporting & Dashboards

Executive dashboards • Centre performance dashboards • Sales & operations analytics • SQL reporting • Google Looker Studio • Power BI (preferred) • Automated KPI reporting
