Lead Java Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. The role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Oracle DB, along with hands-on experience in banking/financial systems. Experience with AWS cloud is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
• Work closely with product owners, architects, and stakeholders in the banking domain
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Guide and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with banking standards
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide robust solutions
• Participate in system design discussions and architecture decisions

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Java (J2EE) and Spring Boot
• Angular (latest versions preferred)
• Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL)
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices

Understanding of:

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)
• Design patterns
• Secure coding practices
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
