Job Description
Established in 1995, Millennium Communications Group Inc. is a leading IT and networking solutions employee owned company located in East Hanover, NJ. We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our team of professionals.
Responsibilities include
- Installation and support of clients’ local and wide area networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve workstation and network related problems
- Provide technical support for Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft, VMWARE, all storage and Physical Security related products
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Cisco routing and switching
- Cisco Unified Communications - Cisco Call Manager/Unity Connection/Webex Calling
- Virtualization – VMWARE, XenServer, HyperV, SteelDome
- Windows servers – Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, DNS, DHCP
- Network Security
- Disaster recovery and business continuity
- Storage solutions – EMC/NetApp storage including CIFS, Fiber Channel and iSCSI, Hyper Convergence
- Video surveillance and access control – Cisco, Genetec, Meraki, Verkada, Hanwha etc.
- Cisco CCNA and MCP a must
- Bachelor of Science degree a plus
- CCNP, MCSE, VCP certification a plus
