Technical Product Manager

A leading digital transformation agency is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to help drive the modernization of enterprise outbound communication capabilities. This role will partner closely with business, engineering, infrastructure, and vendor teams to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of complex technical initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong technical product management background, experience within the U.S. healthcare industry, and thrives in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand product goals, business processes, and customer needs while developing and maintaining the product roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog in Rally, ensuring features are aligned with business value and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements while managing stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks across integrated systems and third-party vendors.
• Demonstrate product functionality to business stakeholders and leadership to gather feedback and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and support continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience.
• 2+ years of experience working within the U.S. healthcare domain.
• 2+ years of experience delivering products using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience gathering business and technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building and maintaining product roadmaps and managing backlogs.
• Experience working with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Rally.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud technologies.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and delivery workflows.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar GenAI tools.
