Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Lead Frontend Developer to lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale web applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React.js, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, Frontend Architecture, UI Engineering, Micro Frontend Architecture, and Cloud-based Web Applications , with a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance digital solutions.

This role requires ownership of frontend architecture, design systems, application modernization, UI performance optimization, engineering governance, and enterprise frontend transformation initiatives .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade frontend applications using React.js and Angular .
• Design scalable, reusable, and modular component-based UI frameworks and enterprise design systems.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Define frontend architecture standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Build enterprise applications using React.js, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Bootstrap .
• Design and implement advanced state management using Redux, Context API, NgRx, and RxJS .
• Integrate frontend applications with backend microservices using REST APIs and GraphQL .
• Optimize application performance through lazy loading, code splitting, bundle optimization, memoization, caching, and virtual DOM optimization .
• Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and frontend security best practices.
• Lead code reviews, mentor development teams, and provide technical leadership across multiple enterprise projects.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Solution Architects to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or Financial Services domains.
