As an AI/GenAI Engineer - Associate - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will engage in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a team that focuses on transitioning and managing services, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be expected to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics, using these experiences as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations
• Engaging in project management tasks to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Applying automation frameworks to optimize business processes and reduce operational costs
• Collaborating with delivery teams to maintain service quality and meet client expectations
• Utilizing data quality automation to validate accurate and reliable data management
• Participating in continuous process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
• Assisting in the development and execution of service management strategies
• Conducting process performance analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Contributing to the design and implementation of workflow automation solutions
• Gathering and analyzing information to support business transformation efforts
• Engaging in stakeholder management to align project goals with client needs
• Adapting to diverse client environments and challenges to deliver consistent results
• Building a personal brand by taking ownership of tasks and delivering quality work

What You Must Have

• Python Development & API Engineering (Python/ FastAPI/ Flask/ Pydantic/ Git)
• Agentic AI & LLM Development (LangChain/LlamaIndex/OpenAI Agents SDK/Model Context Protocol (MCP)/CrewAI)
• Workflow Automation & Integration Development (ServiceNow Flow Designer/IntegrationHub/REST APIs/Postman)
• Cloud & DevOps Fundamentals (Docker/ GitHub Actions/ AWS/ Azure/ GCP)
• Testing & AI Solution Evaluation (Pytest/ LangSmith/ Promptfoo/ OpenTelemetry)

• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience- 3 to 5 years.
