Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Applications Development Manager to lead the development and delivery of scalable Generative AI solutions. This role will drive end-to-end AI product execution while collaborating with AI Architects, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to build enterprise-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of GenAI application development, from design to deployment
• Drive delivery of LLM-powered solutions including RAG systems, AI agents, and conversational AI
• Collaborate with AI Architects and Engineering teams on scalable AI solution design
• Manage cross-functional teams across AI/ML, Prompt Engineering, Full Stack, DevOps/MLOps, and QA
• Oversee AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps best practices
• Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years in software development, or technology delivery
• 4+ years leading AI/ML or GenAI teams and programs
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI agents, and AI frameworks
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI APIs
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Experience in enterprise AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or Databricks
• Background in regulated industries like Healthcare or Finance
• Exposure to Agentic AI and multi-agent systems

Education

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
