As an Agentic AI Engineer - Senior Associate - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will engage with clients to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. This role involves continuous improvement and leveraging your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services to clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on relationship building, managing others, and navigating complexity. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance client operations and efficiency
• Leading delivery teams in transitioning and running services, confirming timely and effective project execution
• Utilizing project management skills to oversee program performance and delivery risk
• Implementing continuous improvement strategies to refine tools and services within managed services
• Developing and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
• Applying analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform strategic decisions
• Designing and developing automation frameworks to streamline business processes
• Engaging in stakeholder management to align service delivery with client expectations
• Conducting process performance analysis to identify opportunities for business transformation
• Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
