Network Director of Learning Strategy and Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Network Director Of Learning Strategy And Operations to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a mission-driven environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for K-12 initiatives across various departments
• Plan and manage logistics for professional development and special network events
• Create and enhance Learning Team systems and operational processes
• Oversee budget planning and management for effective resource allocation
• Support multi-year strategic planning aligned with organizational goals
• Drive and manage new initiatives, ensuring effective implementation
• Serve as a liaison between Learning Team and internal/external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Education, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in schools or organizational leadership
• 2+ years in a leadership role with direct report responsibility
• Proficiency in generative AI and proven strategic planning experience required
• Strong communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders effectively
