Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Design and deploy scalable, enterprise-grade, fault-tolerant architectures on AWS.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• CI/CD & Automation: Build and manage automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and improve system uptime.
• Cloud Security: Implement robust cloud security frameworks, compliance standards, and identity management using AWS IAM, Security Hub, and Guard Duty.
• Cost Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize AWS resource utilization to minimize operational costs.
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, promote cloud center-of-excellence best practices, and collaborate with software teams to build cloud-native applications

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in cloud computing with a proven track record of complex, enterprise-level AWS implementations.
• Core AWS Services: Deep expertise in core services like EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, RDS, and CloudWatch.
• Scripting & Programming: Strong coding proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and scripting.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and microservices architectures.
• Networking: In-depth knowledge of hybrid cloud networking, DNS, VPNs, and Direct Connect.
