Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Angular Full Stack Tech Lead to act as the end-to-end technical owner for business banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, design, and delivery across multiple platforms, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the end-to-end technical owner for business banking programs
• Lead solution design for real-time and batch integrations across on-prem and cloud platforms
• Define and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, product, and engineering
• Drive technical decisions, scalability, and performance optimization
• Lead and mentor large, cross-functional delivery teams
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with enterprise standards

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Hands-on expertise with Angular (front-end development)
• Experience in designing microservices and integration architectures
• Strong knowledge of real-time and batch processing systems
• Experience working with cloud and on-prem platforms
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Proven leadership experience managing large delivery teams

Domain Requirement

• Strong understanding of Business Banking domain and data

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking or financial services domain
• Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise systems
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
