Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious, highly intelligent, and deeply curious Executive Assistant with an exceptional work ethic to serve as a core operational and communication partner. This is a local, in-person position designed for a self-motivated self-starter who thrives on autonomy and elite execution.

This role goes far beyond traditional administrative tasks. It is entirely focused on communications strategy and insight curation—understanding exactly what we do at Aruna, why our work is deeply meaningful, and how to articulate that precision biology framework directly to our two ideal customer avatars: individual midlife women navigating the menopausal transition and corporate Chief People Officers (CPOs) looking to protect leadership longevity.

You will own the operational execution of our communication engine—transforming raw scientific and corporate data into high-leverage emails, newsletters, articles, LinkedIn posts, and video assets.

While comprehensive training on our specific frameworks will be provided, you must bring the intellectual curiosity and drive required to learn deeply, think critically, and execute flawlessly.

Core Duties & Responsibilities1. High-Level Insight Curation & Research

• Corporate Curation: Synthesize emerging leadership and human capital data from premier institutions (e.g., Harvard Business Review, McKinsey & Company, Mercer, Josh Bersin) to map the structural anxieties, retention risks, and health strategies relevant to Chief People Officers and boardrooms.
• Clinical Curation: Track and analyze cutting-edge research on menopause, women’s brain health, dementia prevention, and precision biomarkers (utilizing Google Scholar, PubMed, and the pioneering work of Dr. Dale Bredesen, Dr. Lisa Mosconi, Dr. Roberta Diaz Brinton, Dr. Pauline Maki, and Dr. Mary Claire Haver).
• Strategic Ideation: Translate complex research (from emerging blood biomarkers like p-tau217 to corporate cost-of-turnover metrics) into highly engaging, fleshed-out concepts for thought leadership content.

2. Omni-Channel Targeted Communications

• Copywriting & Content Strategy: Draft compelling weekly newsletters, LinkedIn articles, blogs, and high-converting marketing sequences that speak directly to our avatars’ specific cognitive and biological friction points.
• Video & Script Production: Write high-impact scripts for weekly 20-minute livestreams, YouTube videos, and educational masterclasses.
• Digital Asset Editing: Edit weekly long-form videos into high-yield, short-form assets (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) complete with precision captions, B-roll selection, and compelling thumbnails.
• Audience Mapping & Engagement: Actively track and monitor our ideal client profiles on LinkedIn to observe what they engage with, enabling us to continuously sharpen our communication targeting. Manage and grow social media channels by authentically responding to premium inbound inquiries.

3. Analytics & Outcome Tracking

• Efficacy Measurement: Consistently monitor, analyze, and report on communication performance. Success in this role is not measured by output alone, but by actual outcomes—specifically audience growth, lead conversion metrics, and high-value engagement from our target avatars.

Qualifications & Traits

• Intellectual Horsepower: A genuine passion for science, health, and corporate organizational strategy. You must be able to read a clinical study or a corporate whitepaper and extract the compelling narrative hook.
• Elite Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling capabilities. You know how to alter your tone from authoritative corporate advisory to empathetic clinical validation.
• Technical Agility: Proficiency or comfort learning digital tools for form management, video editing (e.g., CapCut, Descript, or Adobe), and social media distribution.
• Self-Regulated Momentum: A true self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You take complete ownership of your projects and continuously look for ways to optimize the operational workflow.
