Job Description
We’re hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Drive technical vision and architecture for enterprise AI applications
- Integrate LLMs, agent workflows, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics
- Partner with product, data science, and engineering leaders
- Mentor teams and raise standards in Agile, testing, security, and documentation
- Design RAG and agent workflows; optimize LLM integrations
- Build multi-tenant, high-availability systems with observability
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 10+ years of programming experience in relevant languages and frameworks (Python, Java, Node.js, Go; React, Vue, or Angular)
- Proven track record designing and shipping production applications incorporating LLMs or AI services at scale
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Milvus, Pinecone) and advanced embedding model optimization
- Expertise with multiple LLM providers and advanced AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Extensive experience leading technical teams and providing mentorship
