What You’ll Do

Generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, email outreach, WhatsApp, and AI-powered prospecting tools.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through strategic outbound and inbound efforts.

Conduct discovery calls, consultative sales meetings, and business presentations.

Create compelling pitch decks, proposals, growth strategies, and commercial presentations.

Present Brilliant Brains’ AI Growth solutions to founders, CXOs, and business leaders.

Own the sales process from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Maintain CRM, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and follow-up discipline.

Identify strategic partnerships, referral opportunities, and new business channels.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, or B2B Sales.

Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.

Experience with AI prospecting tools such as Clay, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.

Strong experience creating impactful pitch decks and client proposals.

Ability to engage confidently with founders, CEOs, CMOs, and senior decision-makers.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about business growth.

Bonus Skills

Experience selling Digital Marketing, SaaS, AI Solutions, Technology, or Consulting Services.

Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms.

Experience using AI for sales automation, prospect research, and personalised outreach.
