Senior Software Engineer (Web and Design)

• Lead implementation of complex projects to establish Ramp.com as the gold standard for brand and product marketing
• Work with designers and engineers to maintain and enhance Ramp’s brand design system and component library, ensuring consistency across the site
• Partner with designers to create interactive experiences that drive site engagement
• Design and unblock yourself when design resources are constrained
• Work closely with the paid ads and growth teams to conduct A/B testing on landing pages for multi-channel lead generation

• Experience with web animations (e.g., GSAP, Motion), 3D libraries, or interactive storytelling
• Experience working with a CMS (e.g., Sanity)
