Job Title: Full Stack Java Technical Lead

Job Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Target Candidate Profile

• 8–12+ years overall IT experience
• 3–5+ years in Technical Lead / Lead Engineer role
• Background in enterprise/banking environments preferred

Must-Have Skills

• Java 21 + Spring Boot (Microservices) – hands-on
• API design & integration – REST, event-driven, async
• Messaging: Kafka / RabbitMQ
• Cloud: GCP preferred (AWS/Azure acceptable)
• Kubernetes + Helm (GKE preferred)
• CI/CD pipelines – automation-focused
• Database: PostgreSQL / Cloud SQL
• Strong in design, code reviews, unit testing

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
