We are hiring Software Engineering Subject Matter Experts (AI Training) for PAN India (Remote).

Job Role: Software Engineering Subject Matter Expert (AI Training)

Location: PAN India (Remote)

Experience: 5+ Years

Notice Period: NA (Gig/Project-Based Role)

Required Skills

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience.
• Experience designing enterprise applications and software architecture.
• Strong expertise in code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of code submissions from various sources, including open source, to evaluate their quality and relevance for inclusion in our platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes based on feedback received during evaluation.
• Develop expertise in evaluating different programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, etc., as well as familiarity with relevant tools like SWE-Bench, RLHF, LLM.
• Provide constructive feedback to developers on how they can improve their coding skills and best practices.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by management while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is an advantage:

• Technical Architecture
• Principal/Staff Engineering
• Engineering Management
• Open Source Contributions
• Docker
• Kubernetes

Preferred AI Experience

Experience in any of the following is preferred:

• SWE-Bench
• RLHF
• AI Evaluation
• AI Model Training
• LLM Projects

Note: Prior AI benchmarking experience is not mandatory.

Experienced Software Architects and Senior Engineers are encouraged to apply.
