About the Role

This is a hands-on position combining technical repair work with front desk customer service. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while carrying out high-quality smartphone repairs in accordance with Samsung’s strict repair standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Samsung smartphones and tablets
• Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera and other hardware repairs
• Complete warranty and non-warranty repairs following Samsung procedures
• Conduct quality testing before returning devices to customers
• Book in repair jobs and explain repair processes to customers
• Answer phone calls, emails and online enquiries
• Process payments, invoices and customer collections
• Maintain accurate repair records and documentation
• Recommend accessories and additional protection products where appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional work environment
• Work collaboratively with technicians and the customer service team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous mobile phone /tablet repair experience
• Previous experience working at a Samsung Authorised Service Centre is highly regarded.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Passion for technology and electronics
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
• Experience with Samsung, Apple or Android devices is advantageous
