R e q u i r e d S k i l l s
Experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Market Research.
Exposure to industries such as Banking, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or Life Sciences is preferred.
Understanding of AI-driven solutions, including Conversational AI, Generative AI, AI/ML, LLMs, NLP, Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation (DX), Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX), and Data Analytics.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.

   Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
   Conduct discovery calls and recommend appropriate solutions
