Job Summary

We are looking for a Now Platform AI Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow and Generative AI (GenAI) to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence , and integrating LLMs into enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI solutions on the ServiceNow Now Platform.
• Configure Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence .
• Build intelligent workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and App Engine .
• Integrate ServiceNow with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini, or similar GenAI platforms.
• Develop REST API integrations and automate enterprise business processes.
• Participate in Agile development, code reviews, testing, and production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years of Generative AI (GenAI) experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and App Engine .
• Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini .
• Strong JavaScript, REST API, JSON, and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA and CAD
• ServiceNow Now Assist or Generative AI Micro-Certification
• Microsoft Azure AI Engineer (AI-102) (Preferred)
