About Otto

Otto is building a dedicated AI computer designed to make powerful AI agents easy to deploy, manage, and use. We’re looking for a versatile developer who can take ownership of our customer-facing website, internal admin panel, analytics infrastructure, and ongoing platform updates.

This is a hands-on role for someone who moves quickly, solves problems independently, and is comfortable working across both front-end and back-end systems.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and improve Otto’s internal admin panel

• Build and update customer-facing web pages and product experiences

• Implement and troubleshoot analytics, pixels, conversion APIs, and event tracking

• Manage integrations between our website, checkout, CRM, email, analytics, and internal systems

• Create tools that help the team manage customers, orders, preorders, devices, and subscriptions

• Investigate bugs and resolve technical issues across the web platform

• Push updates, manage deployments, and monitor production performance

• Improve site speed, reliability, security, and conversion performance

• Work directly with the founders to rapidly launch new features and experiments

• Document systems and establish scalable development processes as Otto grows

What We’re Looking For

• Strong full-stack web development experience

• Proficiency with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks

• Experience building and maintaining admin dashboards

• Comfortable working with APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party integrations

• Experience implementing Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking

• Familiarity with Git, deployment workflows, cloud hosting, and production environments

• Ability to diagnose problems and ship practical solutions quickly

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities

Bonus Experience

• Shopify, Stripe, Webflow, or headless-commerce development

• Subscription billing or preorder systems

• CRM and email-platform integrations

• Hardware, device-management, AI-agent, or SaaS platforms

• Conversion-rate optimization and experimentation

• DevOps, infrastructure, and automated monitoring

What Success Looks Like

You become the technical owner of Otto’s web ecosystem. Updates ship quickly, tracking is accurate, the admin panel gives the team clear control over operations, and our systems continue to scale as order volume and product complexity grow.
